A tiny Primark haul, Mac and a few freebies :)

Hello my lovelies! Hope you are all well. This is possibly the smallest Primark haul ever, in fact I doubt it is even worthy of being referred to as a haul! There was a few more items however these were underwear and thought it best not to share.

The first thing I got was this pair of skinny jeans. I have been wanting a pair of coloured jeans FOREVER, I originally wanted red, but then realized they were a little too "out there" for me and I would probably look like an over sized tomato in them, so I settled for this delicious "brown"pair. They are terracotta on the label and come with a leopard print silky kind of belt, the belt really confuses me as I really don't think it is on trend atm to match with this colour jean, I see these more vintage than leopard print, so as you can guess it has been removed and put in my material box for future haberdashery fun :). So these were £12 which is a steal for jeans, I am really impressed with them. The only downside to these bad-boys is they appear to be super low cut or something. I bought Primark skinny jeans a few weeks ago and they fit like a glove, now I don't need jeans to come right up to my bra, but these ones do seem excessively low compared to my other regular blue ones. Not to worry I shall wear a belt!

The next item in my basket is this pair of p'jama bottoms. I must buy 587502 more pairs of these, they are the softest most comfortable pj's I have ever slipped into! The print is so cute/wintery/Alaska/retro :) They were £5,. and I really hope they last, as sometimes I find the p'jamas from Primark to disintegrate after a few washes, if they do, I shall buy more! I love the way they are cuffed at the bottom, this style is my favorite as I don't like material flapping around my feet.
I can see my last item becoming a bit of a "Primark icon item", you know one of those which everyone runs out and buys, I do hope so as its AMAZING lol. It is this scarf with a skull print on. I have it in the nudey pink/black version, they also had it in a mustard yellow/navy and maybe a black and white?? I'm not entirely sure but there were definitely three variations of it. It is £3!!! Can you believe that! It reminds me of McQueen or maybe something from All Saints,.. either way it looks rather expensive. My advice is to go purchase quickly before they are gone!

Mac:
I was feeling a bit crappy this weekend so after Primark decided to nip to Mac and cheer myself up with make up. I only got two items. The Paint Pot in "Bare study" and a pan shadow in "Orb". I have wanted this paint pot for a while now after seeing many raves on blogs and YouTube, and I think Orb is just a beautiful neutral shade to wear over and really makes an everyday look that little bit special.

Next I got my hands on a few freebies whilst out shopping. I used to always use Clinique skin products and ended up on their mailing list, recently I received a letter in the post with a little voucher saying if I went for a consultation I would get a free lipstick OR perfume. I really do not like Clinique products anymore, it hurts/stings my skin and I never see myself buying any of their products again, except the lip balm treatment which was in a silver lipstick container, that was good, everything else = bad. However I couldn't resist a freebie, even if it was just for review purposes or to give to a friend etc, so off I went for my consultation. I just talked about a few problems I am having with my skin at the minute and she advised me what to do, but didn't try and force any of their products onto me, which I really liked, as usually they can be pushy and it can  just gets awkward. So off she went and came back with the perfume and a lipstick for me, which was nice, as I thought I would only get one or the other. I assume they give the same shade of lipstick to everyone as I didn't get a choice. The perfume is Aromatics Elixr, not a scent for me, but maybe my mother might like it. Its more of an "older" scent, a bit like Chanel No.5, however the lipstick is fantastic!! It is in High Impart Rouge Impact 17. Rosette, it has an spf 15 and feels so creamy and moisturizing on the lips. It is a pink/coral colour with gold shimmer, think Sleek Rose-gold blush but in lipstick form :)
OK so I won't be running out to repurchase as I think you can get just as good quality lipsticks for cheaper, but this is awesome for free and I have been wearing it everyday.

And finally,.(it feels like I have been tapping away for ages),. Glam'eyes Professional Liquid Liner from Rimmel. This was also free when I bought my foundation. I do thoroughly enjoy Rimmel's foundation line and perhaps I shall even do a post about the foundation I use,. however I am rambling so back to the eyeliner in hand. For some reason after a few hours my eyeliner always transfers to just above the crease of my eye making me look rather panda'esc,. I have no idea why, if you know or have any tips to stop this please comment below. This doesn't seem to leave me with this problem, I have only worn it for two days now but I am fully impressed. The product goes on black and dries black and doesn't go a grey kind of "i'm a black eyeliner giving up on life" colour, which is never good so this gets a thumbs up. The brush is very nice and gives a precise line. I like it, not sure what else to say. Rimmel seem to be giving away other products when you buy things, so go check it out, it could be a good time to purchase if you do regularly use Rimmel products.

Thank you for reading, Stay Classy xox
